Gender equality in the way we work and serve
LIBI advances gender awareness, responsiveness, and equality through its Gender and Development Technical Working Group and GAD Focal Point System.
The LIBI GAD team leads the integration of gender perspectives into agency policies, plans, programs, activities, and services. It helps identify gender issues, supports responsive interventions, and monitors progress through the annual GAD Plan and Budget and GAD Accomplishment Report.

LIBI GAD Focal Point System
The GFPS brings together leadership, the Executive Committee, Technical Working Group, Secretariat, and specialized committees to coordinate GAD planning, implementation, knowledge management, monitoring, and advocacy.
